it violated DA's copyright thing..cause he has the game sprites and music in the flash..which technically..are copyrighted things..

Sucks it does..but we can still watch it at his site and newgrounds

but he's making no profit from it, he didn't claim them as his own and surely we're allowed fan things here as it was a parody? oo; bleh, they're getting horribly strict here.
